Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy describes our voluntary return, exchange, and refund options and applies to customers in the United States and Canada.

Return Period

We offer a hassle-free 30-day return period on all items ordered via phone or our online store.

Holiday Extended Return Policy

Orders placed between Monday, November 18 and December 25 are eligible for an extended 45-day return period for items ordered through our online store.

Requirements for a Return or Refund

For change-of-mind returns, the following conditions apply:

  • Items must be returned within the applicable return period
  • Return time frame starts from original ship date
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law
  • Items must be in their original condition and original packaging, unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached
  • You must include proof of purchase
  • Returns made without proof of purchase may be credited at the item’s current selling price on the date of return, in the form of a merchandise credit

Requirements for Exchanges

  • Free exchanges are offered for an alternative size of the same style and color, subject to availability
  • Each item is eligible for one exchange per transaction

Returns

United States

Customers may choose one of the following return options at the time of purchase:

  • Pay a $3.50 prepaid return fee at checkout, which covers the cost of a return made in accordance with this policy
  • Decline the prepaid return option, in which case a $10 restocking fee will be deducted from any refund if the item is returned

Canada

The prepaid return option is not available. For returns made in accordance with this policy, a $20 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund, subject to applicable law.

Applicable Law

All return options, fees, and conditions are subject to applicable federal, provincial, and state laws and regulations.

Short Shipments (Missing Items)

Please inspect all packages carefully and compare the contents with the packing slip. If an item is missing, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible and no later than fifteen (15) days (where permitted by law) so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Exclusions

  • Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange
  • Any exclusions will be clearly identified at checkout

International & Cross-Border Orders

  • Free exchanges and prepaid return labels are offered only to United States customers
  • This excludes orders shipped from Canada, certain U.S. territories, and international destinations
